Protecting Federal Employees in Florida
The Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) is an independent agency that was created to protect federal employees from improper employer actions such as demotions (including step or grade changes), suspensions and terminations. These cases are different from those handled by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in that they do not involve allegations of discrimination.
The laws and regulations governing MSPB are complex, and it is in your best interest to have an experienced lawyer on your side. The federal government has lawyers to represent its interests, and so should you. We are one of the few law firms in the nation that focuses exclusively on protecting federal employees.
Representation at Any Stage of Your Case
If you think you may be a victim of unfair treatment in the workplace, we encourage you to retain us as soon as possible. Our lawyers can represent you in employee investigations, potentially preventing your case from moving to the next level. We can also assist you in responding to proposed adverse actions. We handle all administrative hearings and appeals.
Trial lawyer Bobby Devadoss is a former federal attorney who practices exclusively in federal sector employment and labor law, including MSPB cases.
