Meet the Staff of The Devadoss Law Firm

Andrea Meadows is our Director of Accounts & Operations at the firm. Andrea has a passion for assisting federal employees in resolving their work-related challenges. Her genuine enthusiasm for client interaction has driven her to excel in her role and contribute significantly to the firm’s success. Andrea has a degree in Finance from Houston Baptist University, which has equipped her with analytical and strategic skills necessary for her multifaceted responsibilities. Since joining the firm in 2014, she has accumulated a decade of experience that spans a variety of positions where she has played a leading role in daily operations to maximize the firm’s productivity and performance. She is extremely knowledgeable in EEOC, MSPB, OWCP, and OPM cases. As our Director of Accounts & Operations, Andrea oversees the firm’s human resources, financial management, and administrative operations. Andrea also plans for the changing needs of the firm, and develops and implements key processes to aid firm operations. She works closely with the firm’s management team on overall business planning and practice management. When not working to keep our firm organized and running smoothly she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading, traveling, or playing a round of golf as she is an incredible player.

Miranda Zepeda is our law firm’s Office Manager. Miranda provides direct support to the Operations Manager and works closely with firm management on daily operations, administrative projects, billing and payments, and keeping the other admin staff on task. Like her co-workers, Miranda shares a passion for helping federal employees with their work-related problems. She has a master’s in management from Hardin-Simmons University. In her spare time, Miranda loves to spoil her dog, travel, play disc golf, and spend time with her friends and family.

Cindi Macias is a Legal assistant with our law firm, she primarily works with our litigation division. Cindi works closely with the associate attorneys, senior associate attorneys and Litigation management team to ensure that all client’s calls and other communications are routed to the appropriate point of contact. Cindi provides support and facilitates the process of signing and drafting documents. In her spare time, Cindi loves to work out and spend time with her daughters.

Meagan Brooks is the Assistant Office Manager with our firm. Meagan aids our Office Manager and Director of Operations in overseeing front office operations as well as providing support to our attorneys. In her spare time, Meagan loves playing with her puppy Bailee, exploring the outdoors, trying new coffee shops, and hanging out with her friends.

Marilee Compher is a Legal Assistant with our law firm, and she primarily works with our Workers Compensation division. Marilee works closely with the associate attorneys senior associate attorneys and the Supervisory attorney ensure that all our client’s calls and other communications are routed to the appropriate point of contact. She also plays a major role in contacting, communicating, and gathering the needed medical information both from clients as well as health care providers. In her spare time, Marilee loves to read, binge watch her favorite shows, and spend time with her friends.

Ana Gomez is a Legal Assistant with our law firm. Ana is likely one of the first voices clients hear when calling the firm. Ana directs incoming communications and clients to the correct departments and provides support for the Office Manager. Ana likes to keep herself busy, so if she is not in the office, she is either in school or serving in her local church or spending time with her loved ones.
