Bobby Devadoss formerly worked as an attorney for the Federal Labor Relations Authority and later took a position with the Federal Aviation Administration before opening his own law firm. With offices in Dallas, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta, Mr. Devadoss represents federal employees nationwide in disciplinary proceedings ( MSPB), civil rights advocacy ( EEOC) and work injury claims ( OWCP). He also counsels labor unions and governmental agencies.
He has been approached by the Washington Examiner and Fox News for his expertise in this particular area dealing with federal employees, and has also been quoted in The New York Times and CNN.
Stephanie Glynn Bernstein is a Managing Attorney with our law firm and she also shares our passion for helping federal government employees with their work-related problems. Ms. Bernstein is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Emory University School of Law, where she served as a Notes and Comments Editor on the International Law Review. Stephanie has served as an intern for a U.S. EEOC Judge as well as an intern for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor and the U.S. Senate. Ms. Bernstein focuses her practice on litigating labor and employment cases, with an emphasis on employment litigation. She has represented hundreds of federal employees in EEOC and MSPB cases in administrative courts across the country and has a strong track record of successfully negotiating settlements on behalf of her clients. She also has extensive experience in arbitration hearings and sensitive investigations and routinely drafts responses to proposed discipline. Ms. Bernstein understands the administrative litigation process and knows how to advocate on behalf of federal employees to secure a favorable outcome for her clients. In her position as the firm’s Managing Attorney, Ms. Bernstein also manages and all of the attorneys at the firm.
Tyler J. Sroufe is the Senior Supervisory Attorney at our law firm. Mr. Sroufe advises our litigation team on issues faced by public sector employees. His practice is primarily dedicated to EEOC and MSPB matters, responses to proposed disciplinary actions, and investigations into potential misconduct. Mr. Sroufe has handled hundreds of cases and achieved favorable results for his clients through litigation and settlement of EEOC and MSPB claims. He also oversees the submission of OPM Disability applications. Mr. Sroufe graduated from The University of New Mexico with a degree in Finance and earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has a passion for community involvement and was awarded The University of Pittsburgh School of Law Community Service Award for his work at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to joining The Devadoss Law Firm, Attorney Sroufe clerked at Weisel, Xides & Foerster, LLP in downtown Pittsburgh, PA and assisted clients with legal issues in real estate and zoning. When he is not at work, he enjoys attending sporting events and reading classic literature.
Ryan Aubrey is the Supervisory Attorney for our litigation team. Ryan is firmly committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Ryan’s practice is focused on assisting federal employees with their EEO and MSPB matters, and his history of success includes numerous six-figure judgments and settlements against Federal Agencies across the country. Ryan also has a strong record of creative mediation agreements and positive appeal decisions for his clients. In addition to representing his own clients, Ryan facilitates clear and effective communication between associate attorneys and their clients. By ensuring that client concerns are understood and addressed, he promotes a client-first approach to the practice.
Ryan is responsible for the on-boarding and training of our associate attorneys. Ryan leads training seminars and coordinates with the team of Assistant Supervisory Attorneys to provide guidance to all Associate and Senior Associate attorneys. Ryan graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law. While in law school, he externed for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Iowa and was a summer intern for Judge Jay Bender in Collin County.
McRae Cleaveland is an Assistant Supervisory Attorney at the Devadoss Law Firm PLLC, McRae primarily focuses on litigating discrimination and adverse employment actions before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). McRae also handles internal employment investigations up to and including assisting clients with responding to proposed discipline. Additionally, McRae has experience negotiating settlement agreements on behalf of federal employees. Throughout his legal career, McRae has handled countless cases involving federal government agencies such as USPS, Veterans Affairs, Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and many more. In addition to his own practice, McRae supervises and provides guidance to our associate and senior associate attorneys.
Kelley Craig is a Supervisory Attorney with our law firm. Kelley is firmly committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Her practice is focused on assisting federal employees with their OWCP matters and she has been very successful. Ms. Craig graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in International Business. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law. While in law school, Kelley actively participated in the Family Law Clinic where her passion to help others grew. In her spare time, Kelley enjoys watching Texas Tech sporting events and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Pablo.
Morgan Velasquez is an Assistant Supervisory Attorney at the Devadoss Law Firm PLLC, Morgan primarily focuses on litigating discrimination and adverse employment actions before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). She also handles internal employment investigations, Office of Special Counsel (OSC) complaints, and assists clients with responding to proposed discipline. Additionally, Morgan has experience negotiating settlement agreements on behalf of federal employees. Throughout her legal career, Morgan has handled countless cases involving federal government agencies such as USPS, Veterans Affairs, U.S. Attorney’s Office, National Security Agency, and many more. In addition to her own practice, Morgan supervises and provides guidance to our associate and senior associate attorneys.
Chris Forasiepi is a senior associate attorney with our law firm. Chris primarily represents clients in EEO complaints, MSPB appeals, OSC/OIG investigations, and proposed disciplinary matters. Chris also acts as the subject matter expert in FERS and CSRS disability retirement applications processed through the OPM. He has an extremely high success rate in contesting OPM’s decisions through MSPB appeals when they rule against our clients. Chris graduated from the OU College of Law and received two bachelors from UNT, one in psychology and the other in political science. Like his fellow associates at our law firm, Attorney Forasiepi has a passion for helping federal employees with their employment matters. In his spare time Chris enjoys relaxing with friends, playing board games, and reading books.
Carson Bridges is a Senior Associate Attorney. Carson is dedicated to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Carson’s practice is primarily focused on assisting federal employees with their EEOC claims and MSPB appeals. As a Senior Associate, Carson also supervises and assists our associate attorneys. Carson graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M School of Law. Prior to joining The Devadoss Law Firm, Carson represented employees in the private sector and assisted them with several types of employment disputes. In his free time, Carson enjoys spending time with his wife and son, watching sports, playing with his dog, and traveling.
Claire Ocana is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Claire is committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Claire graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During law school, Claire was an Expulsion Prosecutor for Chicago Public Schools as well as a Volunteer Mediator at the Cook County Courthouse. Claire was a Senior Editor as well as a Symposium Editor on the Children’s Legal Rights Journal at Loyola. In her free time, Claire enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and trying new restaurants in town.
Shane Robertson is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Shane is dedicated to advocating for federal employees and helping them navigate through difficult situations. Shane graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Business in Marketing and earned his Juris Doctorate from Tulsa University College of Law. In his free time, Shane enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, and traveling.

Michael Sheeter is an associate attorney with our law firm. Michael is devoted to advocating for federal employees and assisting them through their EEO and MSPB matters. Michael graduated from UNT with a Bachelor of Business in Finance and earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law. During Law School, Michael passionately advocated for his clients as a student attorney in the Family Law Clinic and worked as a summer intern for the Department of Labor. In his spare time, Michael likes to play and watch soccer, and spend time with his family, friends, and dogs, Darla, Mayla, and Rosie.
Veronica Harte is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Veronica graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in French. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law where she was a member of the Mock Trial team. In her free time, Veronica enjoys traveling, baking, and running.
Alexandra Reasonover is a Senior Associate Attorney with our law firm. Alexandra has dedicated her career to advocating for federal employees across the country, focusing primarily on claims with The Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs and FERS Disability Retirement applications processed through Office of Personnel Management. She takes pride in making sure her clients get the attention they need and the justice they deserve. Alexandra graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a minor in Constitutional Studies. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. While in law school, Alexandra served as an Academic Fellow and a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. In her free time, Alexandra enjoys watching Oklahoma football games and spending time with her family, friends, and rescue dogs.
Kelly Dowd is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. She graduated from the University of New Haven with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and earned her Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law. During law school, Kelly was a Rule 9 Student Advocate for the Rhode Island Public Defender’s Office and an extern at the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of Rhode Island. She was also a Student Attorney for the RWU Law Criminal Defense Clinic and advocated for driver’s license restoration for indigent clients with the RWU Law’s Pro Bono Collaborative Program. In her free time, Kelly likes reading, attending live music events, and finding new coffee shops.
Austin Tims is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. He is committed to advocating for federal employees and passionate about helping them through difficult times. Austin graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Communication Studies. He earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law. In his free time, Austin enjoys watching sports, spending time with his friends and family, and playing with his dog.
Jason Mao is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. His work is focused on helping guide federal employees through EEO and MSPB matters. He graduate from UNC Chapel Hill with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St Louis School of Law. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, as well as reading books on history.
Octavia Crumpton is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. She is committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Octavia graduated summa cum laude from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law. While in law school, Octavia served as a Community Liaison her school’s Black Law Student Association, was a Student Attorney with the Community Lawyering Center, and was a Sarah T. Hughes Diversity Scholarship recipient. When she is not advocating for her clients, Octavia enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
Madison Reed is an associate attorney with our law firm. She graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and minors in Business and Criminal Justice. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she served as an Editor for the Comparative and International Law Review. In her free time, you can find Madison petting the nearest dog, watching football, or hosting game night.
Samantha Mikolajczyk is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Samantha graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Leadership Studies and minors in English and Bioenvironmental Science. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law. While in law school, Samantha served as Senior Staff on Texas A&M Law Review and as the Secretary and Vice President for the Agricultural Law Society. She is focused on advocating for her clients and helping them through the FERS Disability Retirement application process. In her free time, Samantha enjoys going to farmers markets, reading, and spending time with her two dogs.
Lydia Butay is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. She received her bachelor’s degree from Oral Roberts University and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, Lydia served as an Assistant Articles Editor and Staff Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review, she was a Section Representative for her school’s Student Bar Association and was on the board for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. In her free time, Lydia enjoys attending live music and sporting events, and participating in outdoor activities with her family and friends.
Corey Zajicek graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a minor in History. Before attending law school, Corey taught high school U.S. History and Government. Corey earned his JD from South Texas College of Law Houston. In his free time he enjoys reading, watching sports, and travelling.
