Bobby Devadoss formerly worked as an attorney for the Federal Labor Relations Authority and later took a position with the Federal Aviation Administration before opening his own law firm. With offices in Dallas, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta, Mr. Devadoss represents federal employees nationwide in disciplinary proceedings ( MSPB), civil rights advocacy ( EEOC) and work injury claims ( OWCP). He also counsels labor unions and governmental agencies.

He has been approached by the Washington Examiner and Fox News for his expertise in this particular area dealing with federal employees, and has also been quoted in The New York Times and CNN.

Debra Hauser is a Managing Attorney with our law firm and has a passion for representing federal employees with their work-related problems. Ms. Hauser holds a Masters Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University School of Law where she was a Co-founder and Officer of the International Law Society. Debra also served as a Volunteer for the Texas Wesleyan Law Camp giving young boys and girls the opportunity to learn about the field of law. She interned with a Personal Injury Firm in Dallas prior to joining the Devadoss Law Firm. Ms. Hauser focuses her practice on Transactional and Administrative Law with an emphasis in Federal Worker’s Compensation and OPM Disability Retirement. She has represented hundreds of federal employees in their Federal Worker’s Compensation cases across the country and has overturned multiple denial decisions both at the District Office and Board levels. Ms. Hauser not only has a high record of success handling Federal Worker’s Compensation Claims but has also received numerous favorable decisions on OPM Disability Retirement Claims as well. In her position as the firm’s Managing Attorney, Ms. Hauser also manages and supervises all of the attorneys for the firm.

Stephanie Glynn Bernstein is a Senior Litigation Counsel with our law firm and she also shares our passion for helping federal government employees with their work-related problems. Ms. Bernstein is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Emory University School of Law, where she served as a Notes and Comments Editor on the International Law Review. Stephanie has served as an intern for a U.S. EEOC Judge as well as an intern for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor and the U.S. Senate. Ms. Bernstein focuses her practice on litigating labor and employment cases, with an emphasis on employment litigation. She has represented hundreds of federal employees in EEOC and MSPB cases in administrative courts across the country and has a strong track record of successfully negotiating settlements on behalf of her clients. She also has extensive experience in arbitration hearings and sensitive investigations and routinely drafts responses to proposed discipline. Ms. Bernstein understands the administrative litigation process and knows how to advocate on behalf of federal employees to secure a favorable outcome for her clients. In her position as the firm’s Senior Ligation Counsel, Ms. Bernstein also manages and supervises all of the attorneys that handle MSPB and EEO cases for the firm.

Tyler Sroufe is a Supervisory Attorney with our law firm. His practice is primarily dedicated to EEOC and MSPB matters, responses to proposed disciplinary actions, and investigations into potential misconduct. Attorney Sroufe has handled hundreds of cases and achieved favorable results for his clients through litigation and settlement of EEOC and MSPB claims. Attorney Sroufe graduated from The University of New Mexico with a degree in Finance and earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has a passion for community involvement and was awarded The University of Pittsburgh School of Law Community Service Award for his work at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to joining The Devadoss Law Firm, Attorney Sroufe clerked at Weisel, Xides & Foerster, LLP in downtown Pittsburgh, PA and assisted clients with legal issues in real estate and zoning. When he is not at work, he enjoys attending sporting events and reading classic literature.

Ryan Aubrey is the Assistant Supervisory Attorney with for our litigation team. Ryan is firmly committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. His practice is focused on assisting federal employees with their EEO and MSPB matters and he has secured successful judgments and settlements up to six-figures from courts across the country. Mr. Aubrey also has a strong record of creative mediation agreements and positive appeal decisions for his clients. In addition to working with clients, Mr. Aubrey is responsible for training new associates and providing guidance to the senior associates. Mr. Aubrey graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law. While in law school, he externed for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Iowa and was a summer intern for Judge Jay Bender in Collin County. In his free time, Mr. Aubrey enjoys traveling, playing cards, and spending time with his friends and family.

McRae Cleaveland is a Senior Associate Attorney with our law firm. McRae is firmly committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through challenging times. Attorney Cleaveland’s practice is focused on assisting federal employees with their EEO and MSPB matters and he has secured successful judgments and settlements from courts across the country. Mr. Cleaveland graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Louisiana State University Law Center. While in law school, he externed for Magistrate Judge Richard L. Bourgeois and was a summer intern for Judge Harlin D. Hale in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. In his free time, Mr. Cleaveland enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and hunting.

Kelley Craig is a Senior Associate Attorney with our law firm. Kelley is firmly committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Her practice is focused on assisting federal employees with their OWCP matters and she has been very successful. Ms. Craig graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in International Business. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law. While in law school, Kelley actively participated in the Family Law Clinic where her passion to help others grew. In her spare time, Kelley enjoys watching Texas Tech football games and spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs, Bonnie and Hamilton.

Morgan Smith is a Senior Associate Attorney with our firm. Her practice primarily focuses on EEOC and MSPB matters, investigations into potential misconduct, and responses to proposed disciplinary actions. Attorney Smith is firmly committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. She has obtained favorable results for clients in all forums whether it be through settlement or litigation. Attorney Smith graduated from Calvin University with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Psychology and earned her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During law school, Attorney Smith was an active part of leadership in Hispanic Law Students Association, spent three semesters in the Criminal Clinic, was a member of the Pro Bono College, and externed for a Justice of the Fifth Court of Appeals in Texas. Prior to joining The Devadoss Law Firm, Attorney Smith was a legal assistant for KB Carlton PLLC in Plano, TX and assisted with legal issues in corporate intellectual property. In her free time, Attorney Morgan enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family, dogs, and friends.

Chris Forasiepi is an associate attorney with our law firm. Chris graduated from the OU College of Law in 2017 and got two bachelors from UNT in 2013, one in psychology and the other in political science. During law school Chris worked at the OU Legal Clinic for three semesters providing pro bono legal services to indigent people in the Norman area. Like his fellow associates at our law firm, Attorney Forasiepi has a passion for helping federal employees with their employment matters. In his spare time Chris enjoys relaxing with friends, playing board games, and reading books.

Carson Bridges is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Carson is dedicated to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Carson’s practice is primarily focused on assisting federal employees with their EEO claims. Carson graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M School of Law. Prior to joining The Devadoss Law Firm, Carson represented employees in the private sector and assisted them with several types of employment disputes. In his free time Carson enjoys watching sports, playing with his dog, and traveling.

Lisa Varughese is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. She is passionate about helping federal employees with their workers’ compensation claims and primarily handles cases within our Federal Worker’s Compensation Department. Ms. Varughese received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and earned her Juris Doctorate from the Texas A&M University School of Law. When she is not advocating for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering, and traveling.

Claire Ocana is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Claire is committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Claire graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During law school, Claire was an Expulsion Prosecutor for Chicago Public Schools as well as a Volunteer Mediator at the Cook County Courthouse. Claire was a Senior Editor as well as a Symposium Editor on the Children’s Legal Rights Journal at Loyola. In her free time, Claire enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and trying new restaurants in town.

Sarah Kretsinger is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. She is devoted to advocating for our Federal Worker’s Compensation Department. Ms. Kretsinger received her Bachelor of Social Work from Texas State University and attended UNT Dallas College of Law to obtain her Juris Doctorate. During law school, Ms. Kretsinger was a member of American Constitution Society and Phi Delta Phi. In her spare time, Ms. Kretsinger loves to be around her family and friends watching sports or enjoying the outdoors.

Shane Robertson is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Shane is dedicated to advocating for federal employees and helping them navigate through difficult situations. Shane graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Business in Marketing and earned his Juris Doctorate from Tulsa University College of Law. In his free time, Shane enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, and traveling.

Marilyn Wells is an Associate Attorney with our law firm and is passionate about helping federal employees as part of our Federal Worker’s Compensation Department. Ms. Wells graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Studio Art, and earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law, with a concentration in Business Law. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, reading, and hanging out with her friends and her dog, Apollo.

Tiffany Snead is an Associate Attorney with our law firm and she is committed to helping federal employees with their work related injuries. Tiffany received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University, and attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law to obtain her Juris Doctor. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, traveling, and playing with her dog and cat, Pierre and Baloo.

Michael Sheeter is an associate attorney with our law firm. Michael is devoted to advocating for federal employees and assisting them through their EEO and MSPB matters. Michael graduated from UNT with a Bachelor of Business in Finance and earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law. During Law School, Michael passionately advocated for his clients as a student attorney in the Family Law Clinic and worked as a summer intern for the Department of Labor. In his spare time, Michael likes to play and watch soccer, and spend time with his family, friends, and dogs, Darla, Mayla, and Rosie.

Kelcie Taylor is an Associate Attorney with our law firm who enjoys helping federal employees with their workers’ compensation claims. Kelcie attended Southern Methodist University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her Juris Doctorate, from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While at SMU, Kelcie served on the Student Bar Association as an Honor Council Member and she was the Director of Public Relations for the Black Law Students Association. Kelcie has previously worked in the fields of business transactions, criminal defense, and mental health policy. In her spare time, Kelcie enjoys taking her dog Leia on hikes, watching football games with her family, and attending Broadway musicals–a few of her favorites include Hamilton and Rent.

Veronica Harte is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Veronica graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in French. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law where she was a member of the Mock Trial team. In her free time, Veronica enjoys traveling, baking, and running.

Alexandra Reasonover is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Alexandra is dedicated to assisting federal employees with their work-related injuries as part of our Federal Workers’ Compensation Department. Alexandra graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a minor in Constitutional Studies. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. While in law school, Alexandra served as an Academic Fellow and a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. In her free time, Alexandra enjoys watching Oklahoma football games and spending time with her family, friends, and rescue dogs.

Anna Claire Henderson is an Associate Attorney with our law firm and is passionate about helping federal employees as part of our Federal Worker’s Compensation Department. Anna Claire strives to provide quality legal services with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and respect to federal employees regarding their worker’s compensation claims. Anna Claire received her Bachelors in Biological Science and a minor in Mathematics and Spanish from the University of Mississippi and she graduated summa cum laude with her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. During law school, Anna Claire was a member of Law Review and Phi Delta Phi. In her spare time, Ms. Henderson enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and listening to live music.

Marissa Hines is an Associate Attorney committed to serving the needs of federal employees as a member of our Federal Worker’s Compensation Department. Marissa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History with a Legal Certificate from the University of North Texas. Marissa earned her Juris Doctorate from SMU Dedman School of Law. While in law school, she was involved in mentoring first and second year law students and was President of the Corporate Law Assocation. In her free time, Marissa enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons, cuddling with her cats, and watching true crime documentaries.

Kelly Dowd is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. She graduated from the University of New Haven with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and earned her Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law. During law school, Kelly was a Rule 9 Student Advocate for the Rhode Island Public Defender’s Office and an extern at the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of Rhode Island. She was also a Student Attorney for the RWU Law Criminal Defense Clinic and advocated for driver’s license restoration for indigent clients with the RWU Law’s Pro Bono Collaborative Program. In her free time, Kelly likes reading, attending live music events, and finding new coffee shops.

Annelise Henley Annelise Henley is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Annelise graduated cum laude from Ouachita Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology. She also holds a Master of Arts in History from Baylor University, and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville. Annelise spends her free time camping, kayaking, and learning to play tennis.

Linda Sulik is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. She graduated cum laude from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. After spending five years as a paralegal, she went to law school and graduated cum laude from the University of North Texas College of Law. During law school, she was a teaching fellow, helping first-year students with legal writing, and was the managing editor of On the Cusp. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering for Dallas CASA, doing yoga, and spending time with friends and family.

Haley Kozuch is an Associate Attorney with our law firm and is dedicated to advocating for federal employees as part of our Federal Worker’s Compensation Department. Ms. Kozuch graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and attended Cumberland School of Law to obtain her Juris Doctorate. Joi Moseley is an Associate Attorney. Joi brings a unique perspective to helping clients as a former federal employee having worked on Capitol Hill. She attended Southern Nazarene University where she received a Bachelor of Arts multidisciplinary degree in Business, Education, and Spanish and earned her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Suzanne Knuppel is an Associate Attorney with our firm. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Criminology. She earned her Juris Doctorate from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she served on the editorial staff of the SMU Science and Technology Law Review. In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys gaming, adding to her collection of vinyl records, and spending time with her pets.

Andrea Meadows is our law firm’s office manager and she shares a passion for helping federal employees with their work-related problems. Ms. Meadows has an undergraduate degree in Finance from Houston Baptist University and she, in her role as the firm’s Office Manager, oversees the firm’s daily day-to-day operations and keeps the entire team on track. Ms. Meadows duties also include managing all of the administrative staff, overseeing accounting in general and handling all billing and payment issues for the entire firm. When not working to keep our law firm organized and running smoothly, Andrea spends her free time either golfing [as she is an INCREDIBLE player], traveling with her fiancee’ or playing with her dogs.

Carlyn Shockley is our law firm’s Assistant Office Manager. Carlyn provides direct support to the Office Manager and works closely with firm management on daily operations, marketing and other administrative projects. Carlyn has a Bachelors Degree in Business & Art History and is planning to go to law school in the very near future. Like her co-workers, Carlyn shares a passion for helping federal employees with their work-related problems. In her spare time, Carlyn loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family.

Cindi Macias is a Legal Assistant with our law firm. Cindi is likely one of the first voices clients hear when calling into the firm. Cindi directs incoming communications and clients to the correct departments and provides support for the Office Manager. In her spare time, Cindy loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends.
