Biography

As an Assistant Supervisory Attorney at the Devadoss Law Firm PLLC, McRae primarily focuses on litigating discrimination and adverse employment actions before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). McRae also handles internal employment investigations up to and including assisting clients with responding to proposed discipline. Additionally, McRae has experience negotiating settlement agreements on behalf of federal employees. Throughout his legal career, McRae has handled countless cases involving federal government agencies such as USPS, Veterans Affairs, Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and many more. In addition to his own practice, McRae supervises and provides guidance to our associate and senior associate attorneys.

McRae's philosophy is that his job is to make sure that each of his clients is making the most informed decision possible. As such, McRae prides himself in working with clients not only as their attorney but as their advocate. Originally from Dallas, Texas, McRae is a graduate of the Stephen F. Austin, where he obtained his bachelor's degree in Finance. McRae obtained his juris doctor from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center as Louisiana State University. In his spare time, McRae enjoys golfing, hunting, movies, concerts and spending time with his family and friends.
