Bobby Devadoss formerly worked as an attorney for the Federal Labor Relations Authority and later took a position with the Federal Aviation Administration before opening his own law firm. With offices in Dallas, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta, Mr. Devadoss represents federal employees nationwide in disciplinary proceedings ( MSPB), civil rights advocacy ( EEOC) and work injury claims ( OWCP). He also counsels labor unions and governmental agencies.

He has been approached by the Washington Examiner and Fox News for his expertise in this particular area dealing with federal employees, and has also been quoted in The New York Times and CNN.

Debra Hauser is a Managing Attorney with our law firm and has a passion for representing federal employees with their work-related problems. Ms. Hauser holds a Masters Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University School of Law where she was a Co-founder and Officer of the International Law Society. Debra also served as a Volunteer for the Texas Wesleyan Law Camp giving young boys and girls the opportunity to learn about the field of law. She interned with a Personal Injury Firm in Dallas prior to joining the Devadoss Law Firm. Ms. Hauser focuses her practice on Transactional and Administrative Law with an emphasis in Federal Worker's Compensation and OPM Disability Retirement. She has represented hundreds of federal employees in their Federal Worker's Compensation cases across the country and has overturned multiple denial decisions both at the District Office and Board levels. Ms. Hauser not only has a high record of success handling Federal Worker's Compensation Claims but has also received numerous favorable decisions on OPM Disability Retirement Claims as well. In her position as the firm's Managing Attorney, Ms. Hauser also manages and supervises all of the attorneys for the firm.

Stephanie Glynn Bernstein is a Senior Litigation Counsel with our law firm and she also shares our passion for helping federal government employees with their work-related problems. Ms. Bernstein is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Emory University School of Law, where she served as a Notes and Comments Editor on the International Law Review. Stephanie has served as an intern for a U.S. EEOC Judge as well as an intern for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor and the U.S. Senate. Ms. Bernstein focuses her practice on litigating labor and employment cases, with an emphasis on employment litigation. She has represented hundreds of federal employees in EEOC and MSPB cases in administrative courts across the country and has a strong track record of successfully negotiating settlements on behalf of her clients. She also has extensive experience in arbitration hearings and sensitive investigations and routinely drafts responses to proposed discipline. Ms. Bernstein understands the administrative litigation process and knows how to advocate on behalf of federal employees to secure a favorable outcome for her clients. In her position as the firm's Senior Ligation Counsel, Ms. Bernstein also manages and supervises all of the attorneys that handle MSPB and EEO cases for the firm.

Tyler Sroufe is a Senior Associate Attorney with our law firm. Attorney Sroufe's practice is primarily dedicated to assisting federal employees with their EEOC and MSPB claims. He has achieved favorable results for his clients through litigation and settlement and is committed to advocating on behalf of employees in the public sector. Attorney Sroufe graduated from The University of New Mexico with a degree in Finance and earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has a passion for community involvement and was awarded The University of Pittsburgh School of Law Community Service Award for his work at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to joining The Devadoss Law Firm, Attorney Sroufe clerked at Weisel, Xides & Foerster, LLP in downtown Pittsburgh, PA and assisted clients with legal issues in real estate, zoning, and Social Security disability claims. When he is not practicing law, Attorney Sroufe enjoys attending sporting events and reading classic literature.

Ryan Aubrey is an associate attorney with our law firm. Ryan is firmly committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Attorney Aubrey's practice is focused on assisting federal employees with their EEO claims. Mr. Aubrey graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law. While in law school, he externed for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Iowa and was a summer intern for Judge Jay Bender in Collin County. In his free time, Mr. Aubrey enjoys playing cards, watching sports, and grilling.

Stacey Lehne is an associate attorney with our law firm. Stacey received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and a minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University graduating Magna Cum Laude. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma and obtained a Native American Law Certificate. While in law school, Stacey went on humanitarian trips and wrote a report for the United Nations on the group findings in Nicaragua. In her spare time, Stacey enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

Chris Forasiepi is an associate attorney with our law firm. Chris graduated from the OU College of Law in 2017 and got two bachelors from UNT in 2013, one in psychology and the other in political science. During law school Chris worked at the OU Legal Clinic for three semesters providing pro bono legal services to indigent people in the Norman area. Like his fellow associates at our law firm, Attorney Forasiepi has a passion for helping federal employees with their employment matters. In his spare time Chris enjoys relaxing with friends, playing board games, and reading books.

McRae Cleaveland is an associate attorney with our law firm. McRae is firmly committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through challenging times. Attorney Cleaveland's practice is focused on assisting federal employees with their EEO claims. Mr. Cleaveland graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Louisiana State University Law Center. While in law school, he externed for Magistrate Judge Richard L. Bourgeois and was a summer intern for Judge Harlin D. Hale in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. In his free time, Mr. Cleaveland enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and hunting.

Kelley Craig is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. She is dedicated to assisting federal employees as part of our Federal Worker's Compensation Department. Ms. Craig received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in International Business from Texas Tech University. Kelley then earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law. During law school, Kelley actively participated in the Family Law Clinic where her passion to help others grew. In her spare time, Kelley enjoys watching Texas Tech football games, traveling, and spending time her family, friends, and her cat, Alien.

Madison Goodman is an Associate Attorney with our law firm and is dedicated to helping federal employees with their workers’ compensation claims. Ms. Goodman received her Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M and attended Texas Tech School of Law to obtain her Juris Doctorate. Ms. Goodman also did an externship her final semester with the United States Department of Labor in the Dallas Solicitor’s office.When Ms. Goodman isn’t zealously advocating for her clients, she enjoys traveling across the world, trying new foods, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.

Morgan Smith is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Morgan is committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Morgan graduated from Calvin College with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Psychology and earned her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During law school, Morgan was a student attorney for the Criminal Justice Clinic and a summer extern for a Justice on the Fifth Court of Appeals of Texas. In her free time, Morgan enjoys traveling, playing with her dogs, and volunteering with local organizations.

Samantha Burns in an Associate Attorney committed to advocating for federal employees as part of our Federal Worker's Compensation Department. Samantha graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in History and earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M School of Law. Prior to joining our law firm Samantha had worked in Personal Injury and other torts related matters. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys traveling, live music, game nights, and playing with her dog, Bailey.

Carson Bridges is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Carson is dedicated to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Carson’s practice is primarily focused on assisting federal employees with their EEO claims. Carson graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M School of Law. Lisa Varughese is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Ms. Varughese received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and earned her Juris Doctorate from the Texas A&M University School of Law. Claire Ocana is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Claire is committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Claire graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During law school, Claire was an Expulsion Prosecutor for Chicago Public Schools as well as a Volunteer Mediator at the Cook County Courthouse. Claire was a Senior Editor as well as a Symposium Editor on the Children's Legal Rights Journal at Loyola. In her free time, Claire enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and trying new restaurants in town.

Kaitlyn Phillips is an associate attorney with our law firm and is dedicated to helping federal employees with their workers’ compensation claims. Kaitlyn received her bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and earned her Juris Doctorate at St. Mary’s University School of Law. During law school Kaitlyn interned in Austin at the Health and Human Services Commission working with both the Policy and Litigation departments. In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Ruthe Belachew is an Associate Attorney with our law firm who works closely with our clients to assist with Federal Worker's Compensation. Ruthe earned her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona. During law school, she interned with the Dallas County Probate Court as well as the City of Chicago, volunteered at a Low Income Taxpayer clinic and was a recipient of the Minority Writing Clerk Award as well as the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Antitrust law. When she is not advocating for her clients, she enjoys traveling to new places, dancing and spending time with her family and friends.

Alexia Quintero is an Associate Attorney committed to advocating for federal employees as part of our Federal Worker's Compensation Department. Alexia received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of North Texas and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law where she graduated with a concentration in intellectual property law. While in law school, Alexia also participated in several Alternative Dispute Resolution competitions involving negotiation and mediation. When Alexia is not advocating for her clients at the law firm, she enjoys performing mariachi and sharing her culture’s music with others.

Jesus Velasquez is an Associate Attorney with our law firm who takes pride in focusing on workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Velasquez is a native of Dallas and a graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he was a scholarship recipient. While at SMU School of Law, Mr. Velasquez was a member of the SMU Hispanic Law Students Association and actively involved with Catholic Charities. Mr. Velasquez also graduated cum laude from the University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Before joining the Devadoss Law Firm, Mr. Velasquez worked as an attorney in the corporate office of a nationally recognized Dallas-based restaurant franchisor. In his spare time, Mr. Velasquez enjoys discovering new restaurants, playing soccer on the weekends, snow skiing in the Rockies, non-fiction reading, and spending time with his dogs.

Daniel Basham is an associate attorney with our law firm. Daniel graduated from Midwestern State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Public Administration before earning his Juris Doctorate from the Baylor University School of Law. While in Law School, Daniel interned with the Limestone County District Attorney's Office and Legal Aid of Northwest Texas. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys watching sports, cooking, and reading.

Sarah Toben is an Associate Attorney with our law firm who takes pride in helping federal employees with their workers' compensation claims. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Lamar University. Sarah earned her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While at SMU, Sarah was involved with the Judge Elmo B. Hunter Legal Center for Victims of Crimes Against Women and the Deason Criminal Justice Reform Center. Sarah has previously worked for the FLRA and in the fields of faulty medical device litigation and insurance defense. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys volunteering, spoiling her dog, and trying to convince people to adopt shelter pets.

Sarah Holden is an Associate Attorney with our law firm and is committed to helping federal employees as part of our Federal Workers' Compensation Department. Ms. Holden received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Texas Wesleyan University, and she graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctorate from SMU Dedman School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Holden served as SMU Annual Texas Survey Senior Editor for the SMU Law Review Association. Before joining our firm, Ms. Holden worked for a small family law firm. In her spare time, Ms. Holden enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Sarah Kretsinger is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. She is devoted to advocating for our Federal Worker's Compensation Department. Ms. Kretsinger received her Bachelor of Social Work from Texas State University and attended UNT Dallas College of Law to obtain her Juris Doctorate. During law school, Ms. Kretsinger was a member of American Constitution Society and Phi Delta Phi. In her spare time, Ms. Kretsinger loves to be around her family and friends watching sports or enjoying the outdoors.

Andrea Zwartynski is our law firm's office manager and she shares a passion for helping federal employees with their work-related problems. Ms. Zwartynski has an undergraduate degree in Finance from Houston Baptist University and she, in her role as the firm's Office Manager, oversees the firm's daily day-to-day operations and keeps the entire team on track. Ms. Zwartynski's duties also include managing all of the administrative staff, overseeing accounting in general and handling all billing and payment issues for the entire firm. When not working to keep our law firm organized and running smoothly, Andrea spends her free time either golfing [as she is an INCREDIBLE player], traveling with her fiancee' or playing with her dogs.
