Bobby Devadoss formerly worked as an attorney for the Federal Labor Relations Authority and later took a position with the Federal Aviation Administration before opening his own law firm. With offices in Dallas, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta, Mr. Devadoss represents federal employees nationwide in disciplinary proceedings ( MSPB), civil rights advocacy ( EEOC) and work injury claims ( OWCP). He also counsels labor unions and governmental agencies.

He has been approached by the Washington Examiner and Fox News for his expertise in this particular area dealing with federal employees, and has also been quoted in The New York Times and CNN.

Debra Hauser is a Managing Attorney with our law firm and has a passion for representing federal employees with their work-related problems. Ms. Hauser holds a Masters Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University School of Law where she was a Co-founder and Officer of the International Law Society. Debra also served as a Volunteer for the Texas Wesleyan Law Camp giving young boys and girls the opportunity to learn about the field of law. She interned with a Personal Injury Firm in Dallas prior to joining the Devadoss Law Firm. Ms. Hauser focuses her practice on Transactional and Administrative Law with an emphasis in Federal Worker's Compensation and OPM Disability Retirement. She has represented hundreds of federal employees in their Federal Worker's Compensation cases across the country and has overturned multiple denial decisions both at the District Office and Board levels. Ms. Hauser not only has a high record of success handling Federal Worker's Compensation Claims but has also received numerous favorable decisions on OPM Disability Retirement Claims as well. In her position as the firm's Managing Attorney, Ms. Hauser also manages and supervises all of the attorneys for the firm.

Stephanie Glynn Bernstein is a Senior Litigation Counsel with our law firm and she also shares our passion for helping federal government employees with their work-related problems. Ms. Bernstein is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Emory University School of Law, where she served as a Notes and Comments Editor on the International Law Review. Stephanie has served as an intern for a U.S. EEOC Judge as well as an intern for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor and the U.S. Senate. Ms. Bernstein focuses her practice on litigating labor and employment cases, with an emphasis on employment litigation. She has represented hundreds of federal employees in EEOC and MSPB cases in administrative courts across the country and has a strong track record of successfully negotiating settlements on behalf of her clients. She also has extensive experience in arbitration hearings and sensitive investigations and routinely drafts responses to proposed discipline. Ms. Bernstein understands the administrative litigation process and knows how to advocate on behalf of federal employees to secure a favorable outcome for her clients. In her position as the firm's Senior Ligation Counsel, Ms. Bernstein also manages and supervises all of the attorneys that handle MSPB and EEO cases for the firm.

Sara Kincaid is a Supervisory Attorney with our law firm and manages all Senior Associate and Associate Attorneys on our Federal Worker's Compensation Team. She holds a Bachelor's degree in History with honors from Baylor University and earned her Juris Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law. She has spent a majority of her career navigating the Government and Federal Agencies. Before joining the Devadoss Law Firm, she assisted major corporations in filings with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. Attorney Kincaid specializes in administrative law with a particular focus on Federal Worker's Compensation cases. She has guided hundreds of federal employees through all stages of their federal worker's compensation cases from filing claims to the schedule award process. Attorney Kincaid has been highly successful and has a strong record in obtaining favorable decisions for her clients in a variety of complex and unique federal worker's compensation cases. She has been instrumental in overturning many denial decisions on Federal Worker's Compensation Cases with District Offices and with the Employee's Compensation Board. She works tirelessly to ensure these claims are accepted with the Office of Worker's Compensation Programs. In her spare time she enjoys rock climbing, cooking, and piano.

Gabrielle C. Smith is a Senior Associate Attorney with our law firm and like the rest of our legal team, she also shares a strong passion for representing federal employees with their work-related problems. Attorney Smith's practice focuses primarily on assisting federal employees with their EEO and MSPB claims. She has represented clients across the nation in their administrative hearings, and has worked toward resolving and settling numerous cases for federal employees nation-wide. In her varied experience litigating cases in the federal administrative venue with a number of different agencies, she has navigated employees through complex and nuanced issues ranging a broad scope of claims to include impermissible employment discrimination and wrongful disciplinary action. Attorney Smith graduated from Texas A&M University with Latin honors and University honors. She obtained her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, Attorney Smith served as a staff editor on the Texas Journal of Women and the Law, which focused on a variety of issues, including gender disparity in the workplace. Prior to joining The Devadoss Law Firm, Attorney Smith practiced employment, constitutional, and administrative law while representing local governmental entities. Attorney Smith is a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, serving as an active member of the Law Student Assistance Committee. When she is not practicing law, Attorney Smith spends time working with her service organization and creating hand-crafted jewelry and home décor pieces.

Tyler Sroufe is a Senior Associate Attorney with our law firm. Attorney Sroufe's practice is primarily dedicated to assisting federal employees with their EEOC and MSPB claims. He has achieved favorable results for his clients through litigation and settlement and is committed to advocating on behalf of employees in the public sector. Attorney Sroufe graduated from The University of New Mexico with a degree in Finance and earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has a passion for community involvement and was awarded The University of Pittsburgh School of Law Community Service Award for his work at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to joining The Devadoss Law Firm, Attorney Sroufe clerked at Weisel, Xides & Foerster, LLP in downtown Pittsburgh, PA and assisted clients with legal issues in real estate, zoning, and Social Security disability claims. When he is not practicing law, Attorney Sroufe enjoys attending sporting events and reading classic literature.

Melaney McGraw is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. She is dedicated to assisting federal employees as part of our Federal Worker's Compensation Department. Ms. McGraw graduated cum laude from Cornell University with a bachelor of science degree in applied economics and management. Ms. McGraw went on to earn her Juris Doctorate at the University of Texas School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Ann (Townes) and Browne B. Rice, Jr. Merit Scholarship. Before joining our firm, Ms. McGraw worked in corporate transactions, as well as legal research and writing. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her dog.

Ryan Aubrey is an associate attorney with our law firm. Ryan is firmly committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Attorney Aubrey's practice is focused on assisting federal employees with their EEO claims. Mr. Aubrey graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law. While in law school, he externed for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Iowa and was a summer intern for Judge Jay Bender in Collin County. In his free time, Mr. Aubrey enjoys playing cards, watching sports, and grilling.

Carter Gantz is an Associate Attorney with our law firm and is passionate to help our clients on their workers' compensation claims. Attorney Gantz primarily handles cases within our Federal Worker's Compensation Department. Mr. Gantz graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in English and earned his Juris Doctorate at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Gantz served as a Staff Editor and as a Case Note and Comment Editor for the International Law Review Association, where an article of his was published regarding currently negotiated free trade agreements between the United States and the European Union. Before joining The Devadoss Law Firm, Mr. Gantz performed legal work for small business owners, an energy company, and non-profit organizations. In his spare time, Mr. Gantz loves to play tennis, hockey, and guitar.

Stacey Lehne is an associate attorney with our law firm. Stacey received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and a minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University graduating Magna Cum Laude. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma and obtained a Native American Law Certificate. While in law school, Stacey went on humanitarian trips and wrote a report for the United Nations on the group findings in Nicaragua. In her spare time, Stacey enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

Justin Dale is an associate attorney with our law firm. Justin received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and earned his Juris Doctorate at Oklahoma City University School of Law. During law school Justin interned at the Oklahoma County Courthouse working with both civil and criminal judges. Prior to joining The Devadoss Law Firm, Attorney Dale worked as an attorney for the US Small Business Administration at the Office of Disaster Assistance aiding hundreds of disaster victims as a disaster loan specialist. Assisting others in their time of need has always been one of Attorney Dale’s passions. When not representing federal employees, Justin enjoys water sports and trying new restaurants and attending live sporting events.

Chris Forasiepi is an associate attorney with our law firm. Chris graduated from the OU College of Law in 2017 and got two bachelors from UNT in 2013, one in psychology and the other in political science. During law school Chris worked at the OU Legal Clinic for three semesters providing pro bono legal services to indigent people in the Norman area. Like his fellow associates at our law firm, Attorney Forasiepi has a passion for helping federal employees with their employment matters. In his spare time Chris enjoys relaxing with friends, playing board games, and reading books.

McRae Cleaveland is an associate attorney with our law firm. McRae is firmly committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through challenging times. Attorney Cleaveland's practice is focused on assisting federal employees with their EEO claims. Mr. Cleaveland graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Louisiana State University Law Center. While in law school, he externed for Magistrate Judge Richard L. Bourgeois and was a summer intern for Judge Harlin D. Hale in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. In his free time, Mr. Cleaveland enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and hunting.

Alexander Martin is an associate attorney with our law firm and has a primary focus on representing and supporting federal employees on EEO claims. He graduated from UT Austin in 2014 with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the UT Austin School of Law in 2017. While at UT Law, Alexander was a member of both the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law and the Intellectual Property Law Journal. He also interned under U.S. District Judge Frank Montalvo in El Paso. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, reading books, and playing board games.

Kelley Craig is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. She is dedicated to assisting federal employees as part of our Federal Worker's Compensation Department. Ms. Craig received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in International Business from Texas Tech University. Kelley then earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law. During law school, Kelley actively participated in the Family Law Clinic where her passion to help others grew. In her spare time, Kelley enjoys watching Texas Tech football games, traveling, and spending time her family, friends, and her cat, Alien.

Madison Goodman is an Associate Attorney with our law firm and is dedicated to helping federal employees with their workers’ compensation claims. Ms. Goodman received her Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M and attended Texas Tech School of Law to obtain her Juris Doctorate. Ms. Goodman also did an externship her final semester with the United States Department of Labor in the Dallas Solicitor’s office.When Ms. Goodman isn’t zealously advocating for her clients, she enjoys traveling across the world, trying new foods, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.

Morgan Smith is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Morgan is committed to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Morgan graduated from Calvin College with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Psychology and earned her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During law school, Morgan was a student attorney for the Criminal Justice Clinic and a summer extern for a Justice on the Fifth Court of Appeals of Texas. In her free time, Morgan enjoys traveling, playing with her dogs, and volunteering with local organizations.

Garrett Rogers is an Associate Attorney with our law firm and is committed to assisting federal employees with their workers' compensation claims. Attorney Rogers primarily handles cases within our Federal Worker's Compensation Department. Mr. Rogers received his Bachelor's Degree from Southern Methodist University and attended Wake Forest University School of Law to obtain his Juris Doctorate. During law school, Mr. Rogers was a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Business & Intellectual Property and in his spare time he enjoys playing soccer, watching sporting events, and traveling.

Hilary Rippenkroeger is an Associate Attorney dedicated to assisting federal employees as part of our Federal Worker's Compensation Department. Ms. Rippenkroeger received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law. During law school, Hilary actively participated in the Joyce Ann Brown Innocence Clinic and was the recipient of multiple academic awards. In her spare time, Hilary enjoys spending time with her family and friends, DIY home improvement and furniture projects, and traveling.

Samantha Burns in an Associate Attorney committed to advocating for federal employees as part of our Federal Worker's Compensation Department. Samantha graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in History and earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M School of Law. Prior to joining our law firm Samantha had worked in Personal Injury and other torts related matters. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys traveling, live music, game nights, and playing with her dog, Bailey.

Carson Bridges is an Associate Attorney with our law firm. Carson is dedicated to advocating for federal employees and guiding them through difficult times. Maggie graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and earned her Juris Doctorate at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school, Maggie participated in the Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship and served as the Managing Editor of Outside Articles for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. Prior to joining our team, Maggie worked as an attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration at the Office of Disaster Assistance. In her spare time, Maggie enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling to new places.

Nicole Walker is an Associate Attorney with our law firm and is passionate about assisting federal employees with their worker's compensation claims. Nicole received her bachelor's degree from Jackson State University, her Master's in Jurisprudence from Loyola University Chicago, and her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School (Chicago). While in law school, Nicole participated in the Pro Bono Legal Clinic, Fair Housing Legal Clinic, and the Conflict Resolution Institute & Clinic. Prior to joining our team, Nicole worked as an attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration at the Office of Disaster Assistance. Andrea Zwartynski is our law firm's office manager and she shares a passion for helping federal employees with their work-related problems. Ms. Zwartynski has an undergraduate degree in Finance from Houston Baptist University and she, in her role as the firm's Office Manager, oversees the firm's daily day-to-day operations and keeps the entire team on track. Ms. Zwartynski's duties also include managing all of the administrative staff, overseeing accounting in general and handling all billing and payment issues for the entire firm. When not working to keep our law firm organized and running smoothly, Andrea spends her free time either golfing [as she is an INCREDIBLE player], traveling with her fiancee' or playing with her dogs.

Amanda Flores is a Legal Assistant with our law firm and she works primarily with our litigation department, which is headed by our Senior Litigation Counsel, Stephanie Bernstein. Amanda also directs all incoming calls and clients to the correct department and provides support for the Senior Associates and Associate Attorneys within her departments. Amanda has a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas Arlington. Like her co-workers, Amanda shares a passion for helping federal employees with their work-related problems. Catherine Martin ( goes by "katie") is a Legal Assistant with our law firm and she primarily works with our Federal Worker's Compensation and OPM Disability Retirement departments, which are both headed by our Senior Supervisory Attorney, Debra Hauser. Katie also directs all incoming calls and clients to the correct department and provides support for the Senior Associates and Associate Attorneys within her departments. Katherine Kimmey is our receptionist and is likely one of the first voices clients hear when calling into the firm. Katherine (but she goes by "Kat") directs incoming communications and clients to the correct departments and provides support for the Office Manager. Kat also works closely with firm management on daily operations, marketing and other administrative projects.

Samantha Sanchez is a Legal Assistant with our law firm and she primarily works with our Federal Worker's Compensation and OPM Disability Retirement departments. Samantha (who sometimes also goes by "Sam") also directs all incoming calls and clients to the correct department and provides support for the Associate Attorneys within her departments.
