Bobby Devadoss formerly worked as an attorney for the Federal Labor Relations Authority and later took a position with the Federal Aviation Administration before opening his own law firm. With offices in Dallas, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta, Mr. Devadoss represents federal employees nationwide in disciplinary proceedings ( MSPB), civil rights advocacy ( EEOC) and work injury claims ( OWCP). He also counsels labor unions and governmental agencies.

Debra Hauser is a Senior Supervisory Attorney with our law firm and has a passion for representing federal employees with their work-related problems. Ms. Hauser holds a Masters Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University School of Law where she was a Co-founder and Officer of the International Law Society. Debra also served as a Volunteer for the Texas Wesleyan Law Camp giving young boys and girls the opportunity to learn about the field of law. She interned with a Personal Injury Firm in Dallas prior to joining the Devadoss Law Firm. Ms. Hauser focuses her practice on Transactional and Administrative Law with an emphasis in Federal Worker's Compensation and OPM Disability Retirement. She has represented hundreds of federal employees in their Federal Worker's Compensation cases across the country and has overturned multiple denial decisions both at the District Office and Board levels. Ms. Hauser not only has a high record of success handling Federal Worker's Compensation Claims but has also received numerous favorable decisions on OPM Disability Retirement Claims as well. In her position as the firm's Senior Supervisory Attorney, Ms. Hauser also manages and supervises all of the attorneys that handle Federal Worker's Compensation and OPM Disability Retirement cases for the firm.

Stephanie Glynn Bernstein is a Senior Litigation Counsel with our law firm and she also shares our passion for helping federal government employees with their work-related problems. Ms. Bernstein is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Emory University School of Law, where she served as a Notes and Comments Editor on the International Law Review. Stephanie has served as an intern for a U.S. EEOC Judge as well as an intern for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor and the U.S. Senate. Ms. Bernstein focuses her practice on litigating labor and employment cases, with an emphasis on employment litigation. She has represented hundreds of federal employees in EEOC and MSPB cases in administrative courts across the country and has a strong track record of successfully negotiating settlements on behalf of her clients. She also has extensive experience in arbitration hearings and sensitive investigations and routinely drafts responses to proposed discipline. Ms. Bernstein understands the administrative litigation process and knows how to advocate on behalf of federal employees to secure a favorable outcome for her clients. In her position as the firm's Senior Ligation Counsel, Ms. Bernstein also manages and supervises all of the attorneys that handle MSPB and EEO cases for the firm.

Sara Kincaid is a Senior Associate Attorney with our law firm and serves as a team leader for some of the other Associate Attorneys. Attorney Kincaid specifically focuses on Federal Worker's Compensation cases. She has successfully guided federal employees in filing their claims and has worked tirelessly to ensure these claims are accepted with the Office of Worker's Compensation Programs. She has been highly successful in obtaining favorable decisions for her clients in various and complex appeals, and can thoroughly guide her clients through the compensation and schedule award process. Ms. Kincaid holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Baylor University and a Juris Doctorate from the Baylor University School of Law. She has spent the majority of her career navigating the Government and Federal Agencies. Before joining the Devadoss Law Firm, Ms. Kincaid assisted major corporations in filings with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. In her spare time, she enjoys rock climbing, cooking, and piano.

Megan Zeller is an Associate Attorney with our law firm and is deeply committed to representing federal employees with their work-related problems. Attorney Zeller's practice focuses primarily on assisting federal employees with their EEO and MSPB claims, where she has handled numerous cases involving issues on performance, conduct, hostile work environment, and harassment. Attorney Zeller graduated from the University of Michigan with Distinction and Highest Honors. She obtained her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, Attorney Zeller served as the Chief Articles Editor of the Texas Intellectual Law Journal, and pursued her passion for public service by serving as President of the Abuse Survivors Assistance Program. As a law student, Attorney Zeller interned for the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant III, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Texas, as well as for the Honorable Jeffrey C. Manske, United States Magistrate Judge in the Western District of Texas. Prior to law school, Attorney Zeller worked both in the private sector and served as an AmeriCorps VISTA. In her spare time, Attorney Zeller enjoys swimming, running, and spending time with her two dogs.

Caroline Kirk is an Associate Attorney with our law firm and like the rest of our legal team, she also shares a strong passion for representing federal employees with their work-related problems. Attorney Kirk primarily handles cases within our Federal Worker's Compensation Department and she empathizes deeply with federal employees suffering injuries sustained in the workplace, and passionately pursues justice on their behalf. Prior to joining Devadoss Law Firm, Attorney Kirk handled complex personal injury and products liability lawsuits. Thus, she brings to each one of her cases a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies between the medical and legal fields, and leverages this understanding to successfully obtain compensation for her clients. Attorney Kirk is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, and earned her Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School. While a student at Baylor Law Ms. Kirk served her community through Mission Waco Legal Services and Baylor's Immigration Legal Clinics, and excelled as a leader in Baylor's many oral and written advocacy programs. Attorney Kirk always states that she is humbled and honored by the opportunity to represent hardworking federal employees in their worker's compensation cases.

Gabrielle Smith is an Associate Attorney with our law firm and like the rest of our legal team, she also shares a strong passion for representing federal employees with their work-related problems. Attorney Smith's practice focuses primarily on assisting federal employees with their EEO claims. Attorney Smith graduated from Texas A&M University with Latin honors and University honors. She obtained her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, Attorney Smith served as a staff editor on the Texas Journal of Women and the Law, which focused on a variety of issues, including gender disparity in the workplace. Attorney Smith has long been interested in focusing her legal career on workplace and employee interactions, serving as a contributor to Desktop Guide to Quality Practice for Working with Youth in Confinement, published by the National Institute of Corrections in 2014. Prior to joining The Devadoss Law Firm, Attorney Smith practiced employment, constitutional, and administrative law while representing local governmental entities. Attorney Smith is a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and volunteers with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program to provide greater access to legal services in the greater Dallas area. When she is not practicing law, Attorney Smith spends time working with her service organization and creating hand crafted jewelry. 

Ali Fritsche is an Associate Attorney with our law firm, and she is a zealous advocate for the rights of federal employees with work-related problems or those facing workplace discrimination. Attorney Fritsche specifically focuses on EEO cases at the firm. Attorney Fritsche graduated with honors from Austin College and Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Attorney Fritsche has a passion for advocacy. While in law school, Attorney Fritsche was an active mock trial participant, competing in national mock trial competitions. Prior to joining the Devadoss Law Firm, Attorney Fritsche worked for a series of personal injury law firms, where she passionately fought for the rights of her clients in the courtroom. Attorney Fritsche is a member of the American Association for Justice, Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the William "Mac" Taylor American Inn of Court. In her spare time, Attorney Fritsche coaches mock trial at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her dog.

Jessica Rogers is an Associate Attorney with our law firm and has a strong passion for advocacy and public service. Attorney Rogers primarily handles cases within our Federal Worker's Compensation Department. She is enthusiastic about the opportunity to help hardworking federal employees in their worker's compensation cases. Attorney Rogers graduated from Washington State University with degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice and earned her Juris Doctorate from The University of Oklahoma. While at OU Law, she served as a zealous advocate in their Criminal Law Clinic, helping criminal defendants navigate the complicated criminal legal process and ensuring that justice was obtained on their behalf. During law school, she also gained extensive experience in worker's compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice litigation as a legal intern. As a result, she brings to each one of her cases not only a strong passion for advocacy, but zealous representation and an understanding of the complicated intersection between the legal and medical fields. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, spending time outdoors, and game nights with friends.

Tyler Sroufe is an Associate Attorney with our law firm, and he is committed to representing federal employees with their work-related issues. Attorney Sroufe's practice is primarily dedicated to assisting federal employees with their EEO claims. Attorney Sroufe graduated from The University of New Mexico with a degree in Finance and earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Attorney Sroufe has a passion for community involvement and was awarded The University of Pittsburgh School of Law Community Service Award for his work at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to joining The Devadoss Law Firm, Attorney Sroufe clerked at Weisel, Xides & Foerster, LLP in downtown Pittsburgh, PA and assisted clients with legal issues in real estate, zoning, and Social Security disability claims. When he is not practicing law, Attorney Sroufe enjoys attending sporting events and reading classic literature.

Andrea Zwartynski is our law firm's office manager and she shares a passion for helping federal employees with their work-related problems. Ms. Zwartynski has an undergraduate degree in Finance from Houston Baptist University and she, in her role as the firm's Office Manager, oversees the firm's daily day-to-day operations and keeps the entire team on track. Ms. Zwartynski's duties also include managing all of the administrative staff, overseeing accounting in general and handling all billing and payment issues for the entire firm. When not working to keep our law firm organized and running smoothly, Andrea spends her free time either golfing [as she is an INCREDIBLE player], traveling with her fiancee' or playing with her dogs.

Alma Garcia is a Senior Legal Assistant with our law firm and she works closely with the attorneys on various administrative issues. Alma plays a crucial role in welcoming clients, keeping them informed on the status of their case, and facilitating communication between clients, attorneys, and the courts. Like the rest of our team, Alma also shares a passion for helping federal employees with their work-related problems. In her spare time Alma loves to travel and cook authentic Mexican dishes, which are just outrageously delicious!

Lisete Dominguez is a Legal Assistant with our law firm and likely one of the first voices heard when calling into the firm. She directs incoming calls and clients to the correct department, as well as providing support for the rest of the staff. Lisete also works closely with firm management on daily operations, marketing, and other administrative projects. Like the rest of our team, Lisete also shares a passion for helping federal employees with their work-related problems. Lisete is working towards getting her degree and she loves spending time with her friends and family.
