Charles de Chateauvieux is an experienced and hardworking attorney with a significant background in handling a wide variety of labor and employment cases. After graduating from law school, Attorney de Chateauvieux was immediately employed by a very prominent law firm that specialized in labor & employment law. Subsequently, Attorney de Chateauvieux accepted an in-house counsel position with a corporation in Houston, Texas, where he served as the principal advisor for all of their labor and employment issues. After practicing several years in the private sector, Attorney de Chateauvieux, on 1997 joined the federal sector when he accepted a position with the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) as a federal labor attorney. During his tenure with the FLRA, Attorney de Chateauvieux handled numerous complex cases in just about every area of federal sector labor-employment law. Based on his job performance and his reputation, Attorney de Chateauvieux was approached by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to join their agency. Attorney de Chateauvieux accepted the position with FAA where he diligently served FAA’s management for several years.

Having always had a passion to defend federal employees from wrongful and discriminatory employment actions, Attorney de Chateauvieux, along with his co-worker and fellow federal employment attorney, Bobby Devadoss, started this law firm to serve the employment needs of federal employees.

Attorney Charles de Chateauvieux resides in the Dallas Fort-Worth Metropolitan area and is happily married with two children.
